BUILD A GIFT QUESTIONS

Can I send multiple boxes to 1 address?

We can only process 1 gift box per checkout / shipping label. If you would like to send multiple, unique boxes to 1 address, please place each box individually.

How do I add more items to my gift?

Anything that is in your cart at the time of checkout will be added to the gift box. Once you've added a box to your cart, shop away. Read more here.  

Where can I leave a message to be written in my card?

This is a special pop up that happens during the build-a-gift process on the card page. If you are not doing the build-a-gift step by step process, leave your note in the message area in your cart.

Can I skip the card step?

Yes. You can select "SKIP THIS STEP" on the card page, which was added as an option in late September. [SEE PIC]

How does a gift look when it is delivered?

We ship all Build-A-Gift boxes with our standard confetti tape shown to the right. Occasionally for special occasions we bring in Limited Edition Tapes that you can choose from when building your gift. (See our Halloween example here)

Where do you ship?

We ship across Canada and the United States. We ourselves are located in Toronto. Studio pick up is not available at this time.

Help! My order is delayed in transit

Oh no! You reach out to the postal carrier with your tracking number + file a claim with them. It doesn't need to be the shipper who files a claim, so reaching out to them first may be the fastest way to get a resolution. Please read out policy on late deliveries.

I need a gift ASAP. Can you help?

Reach out to us and let us know 1. what you need. 2. Where it is being delivered to and 3. The date you need it by. We can see if our production schedule will allow for quick turnaround.

Can you ship it to arrive on a certain date?

Unfortunately, no - we are not set up to do timed deliveries. We ship orders within 1-4 business days after an order has been placed with the exception of special event boxes, that will have a "SHIP BY DATE" . These are one time "holds". You can read more about it here!
