Shipping Delays

Please be aware that due to Covid 19 both Canada Post, USPS and border customs are experiencing delays at this time, encountering an unprecedented, holiday-rush level of post and packages, yet due to Covid safety measures are processing this influx with only half their employees.

Packages within Canada are currently experiencing 2+ week delays depending on customer location, and packages being processed through customs to the USA and internationally are experiencing delays of over 1 month.

If you’d prefer to follow the progress of your order, please select shipping WITH TRACKING - tracking is not automatic, it does cost more, so please be aware. Without tracking on your order, neither I nor Canada Post will be able to locate it.
We cannot refund orders that are delayed in transit as transit delays are 100% out of the control of The Penny Paper Co.
